We always recommend you start on step one of INbox; where we design, build and send the emails on your behalf. Step two of the programme gives you the option to add in banners which are personal to you – this is great for if you have a specific offer or category you want to promote. Step three emails pull in material from your website, which gives a connected feel to your email with more tie-up between your site and the email that your customer receives.
